GOLDEN TEMPLE
The Darbar Sahib is considered holy and beautiful by Sikhs because the eternal Guru of Sikhism, the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, is present inside in it. It is moved to the Sri Akal Takhat Sahib at around 10 PM and then moved back from there to Sri Darbar Sahib at 5 AM. The temple is surrounded by a large Sarovar known as the AmritSar (Lake of Holy Water or Immortal Nectar). Sri Harimandir Sahib, is built on a 67ft. square platform in the centre of the Sarovar (tank). The temple itself is 40.5ft. square. It has a door each on the East, West, North and South. The Sikhs all over the world, daily wish to pay visit to Golden Temple Amritsar, and to pay obeisance at Sri Harimandir Sahib in their Ardas.

TOUR ITINERARY
Day
01:Arrive at Amritsar airport or Railway station. Upon arrival you will be greeted by Our representative and proceed to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.Overnight Stay at hotel.
Day
02:Early morning proceed to the Holy Harminder Sahib (Golden Temple ) if you wish You can take holy dip in the sarovar. After your prayers and taking the blessings Proceed back the hotel for lunch. Evening you will be taken for a visit to the Wagah border is an interesting experience, especially at sun-set, when the retreat ceremony takes place with the Border Security Force (B.S.F.) on the Indian side and The Sutlej Rangers on the Pakistan side putting up a well co-ordinated and spectacular display which compares very favorably with the changing of royal guard in London. Return to Hotel for overnight stay.

03:After Breakfast proceed to the airport or the Railway station for onward journey.
